Richard joined Hanson Wade in 2021 to set-up and develop the marketing function at Beacon. With over 15 years of B2B marketing experience, leading projects at high-growth tech start-ups, FTSE100 brands, and professional service firms, he specialises in creating high-performing, insight-led, customer-focused, and commercially driven teams. Richard holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Leeds University Business School.
