Michelle delivers value to Searchlight members within Hanson Wade and has a conference research and production career spanning 20+ years – designing and delivering events all over the world. She was a business owner and entrepreneur for 10 years before joining the business, becoming a published author and lecturer during that time – teaching more than 300 students on Event Management degree courses along with several of her own private courses. Michelle is passionate about wellbeing – enjoying regular yoga and meditation and is a keen traveller.
