Elayda joined Hanson Wade in 2017 after completion of her master’s degree in chemistry at the University of Southampton. After joining as a Conference Producer, she is now a Portfolio Director within the Precision Oncology business unit, which includes our World ADC series. Elayda is passionate about maximizing the opportunity within the precision oncology field. She looks for white space but also ensures the blueprint of out larger asset events are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the growing and evolving industry. Elayda also has a love for people management and training future conference producers to develop their skills to reach their full potential in their respective roles.
