Mia joined Hanson Wade in 2019 as a Conference Producer, and now leads a team within the Small Molecules & RNA business unit as a Brand Director, specialising in Vaccines & Targeted Protein Degradation. Before joining the company, she worked as a Research Assistant within the Human Pain Research Lab, following her BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience & Psychology. Her focus is dedicated to the strategic development and growth of industry leading conferences, accelerating knowledge sharing within niche scientific communities.
