Thomas joined Hanson Wade in October 2019 as a Conference Producer within the Microbiome Movement portfolio, where he learnt the core skills necessary for the role. Tom was promoted to a Senior Conference Producer in January 2021, honing more commercial skills, before moving across to the World ADC series of events where he took ownership of two of Hanson Wade’s flagship conferences, World ADC London and World ADC San Diego. In June 2022, Tom became a Brand Director, where he is now responsible for expanding Hanson Wade’s event offerings to the Antibody-Drug Conjugate community, whilst managing a small team.
