Ruju joined Hanson Wade in December 2019 as a Brand Director, and now leads a team within the Small Molecules & RNA Business Unit, specialising in Small Molecules and Biomarkers & Diagnostics. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a Conference Producer and then Senior Conference Producer at two event companies, following her BSc in Psychology and gap year travelling. Her focus is dedicated to the strategic development and growth of industry-leading events, navigating white spaces in her dedicated LS space to launch new meetings, fast-tracking knowledge-sharing within niche scientific communities and growing her team to reflect her vision.
