I joined Hanson Wade in 2016 as a Delegate Acquisition Executive. As a Biomedical Science grad this sales role was perfect for me because I wanted to hold on to my science background but also have the progression and earning potential of a sales career.

After a few months, with constant training and support from my managers, I had passed the first stage of the fast-track sales progression scheme. I was then given the opportunity to become part of a portfolio which allowed me to travel to San Francisco and Chicago within my first 6 months.

There is always a clear path and development plan to strive towards. For me, the path has been management and I feel Hanson Wade has done everything it can to help me achieve it. With daily support and monthly internal and external management training, I first become a mentor, then a team leader and am now enjoying the role of Sales Manager of a successful team of 10 Delegate Acquisition Executives. My goal is to now develop those people and helping them find their path to become successful in Hanson Wade.

The pace at which the company is growing both in terms of revenue and employee numbers make it an exciting place to work.  Especially combined with the multiple ways Hanson Wade demonstrates that its employees are at the heart of everything they do, through the amazing culture and the different ways it has of rewarding and recognising people for their successes.

I feel it’s been an incredibly quick journey to a successful career here.  When I speak with friends who graduated at the same time and compare the time it takes them to progress through the ranks, I feel the level of opportunity here is unsurpassed.  I’m now excited to see what the rest of my career here will entail.
